Some, but not all, of the artist's featured on Whimsical Turtle Boutique will consider requests for Custom Orders. All requests should be submitted via the Contact Us form--please include the information regarding type, shape, size, color, and any material requests.Ā
Please note: a submitted request is not an automatic agreement of contracted work. Whimsical Turtle Boutique retains the right to refuse Custom Order Requests and/or require partial payment ahead of time, depending on the scope of the project.
After submitting your request, a member of the Whimsical Turtle Boutique team will contact you via email within 72 hours to confirm the possibility of your Custom Order, as well as to confirm design details, material availability/options, price, and projected timeframe--all for your review. Once Whimsical Turtle Boutique has received email confirmation to move forward, production will begin and completed item(s) will be made available for purchase at WhimsicalTurtle.com. Custom Orders may take several weeks to be processed & completed based upon creation time, material availability, delivery carrier times, etc.Ā Ā The agreed upon production timeframe does not begin until email confirmation from you has been received by Whimsical Turtle Boutique.
Custom Orders will be completed based on product specifications, price and timeframe agreed upon by buyer and creative artist prior to purchase.Ā Due to the personalized nature, Whimsical Turtle Boutique cannot accept returns on Custom Orders.Ā
